Today was another rainy day so we decided I'd try out some cookie making; It was a slow start but then i began to enjoy it, just got a little impatient on the "we've gotta put them in the oven, then they cool" part before we eat them!

i kept wanting to take a bite of the dough- i think i did sneak in a little one while mom was getting these shots :)

i'd move the "ready to cook" dough balls back into the bowl, so funny!

a look of satisfaction for a job well done :)

and finally i got to eat some yummy sugary delicious cookie!

Random Recent Happenings

recently i've been exploring life on my tippy toes- we are not sure if it is a new dance move or just plain exploratory fun
these ladies were too fun to pass up a pic with; you can see (click on pic to see larger) grandma sitting on her toilet paper eating her banana with her traditional M towel on her head and silver earrings & they both have their live chickens for dinner- too fun

we stumbled across a zoo!

i saw monkeys!

this is me saying "bear" and "roar" pointing at the bear- the past few weeks my "bear" has sounded like "bob" but at the zoo i almost said it correctly!

"making" your pants "split-pants"

(and yes i'm studying some chinese :))

Mom found these cute little overalls for pretty cheap so she got them for me

but when she got home, she saw this handy little sticker helping with instructions to "split" my pants, ha ha! this is how most kids wear their pants here but i don't and normally when she buys pants, the sales person explains to her how she can split them, but she doesn't- but the sticker is definitely a first, so we wanted to share!

A day of visiting some friends

these 2 girls are my friends- every time we go to their parent's lil' restaurant, they feed me and play with me and we have a good time
