Every year they understand a little bit more about what it means to be an American, this makes me happy because well for a long time it was hard for them to accept they were real Americans even thought they don't live in America! Josiah still remembers the pledge from Ms. Tami's class, when he attended Pre-K in the states. They enjoy practicing singing "America the Beautiful", "My Country Tis of Thee" and "The Star Spangled Banner"! We read some books about America's Birthday and what makes America unique! They wanted to make flags! And I even love that this day they were both wearing their VBS shirts! How much more American does it get?! :)
Judah, well he's just cute, wanting to wave the flags around and eat them...
