Evie Joy Easter 2010

Josiah's Easter 2010

this is Josiah's first Easter Egg Hunt

It was at the Brook's home (Issac & Owen)

He was very confused about the concept. He was happy after just finding 1 egg and eatting his starburst out of it so it was very difficult to get him motivated to find more & more...

all the kidos at the hunt- we are so thankful to get to celebrate Easter with such good friends!

i love this one- it is like little Eric & little Katie- both with lots of excitement!

AFter i was finished them I said "WOW!"

overall, a terrific day & when i went shopping with Mommy the night before, i was able to tell the Easter story and say Happy Easter to some grocery shopping folks too!

Josiah and the WINDOW

this is what my precious Josiah has been up to when he is suppose to be sleeping

we finally moved his bed (of course after getting pictures on a few occasions)

and it was a sad day for him not sleeping near the window, but we do hope it will encourage more sleep and less car, bird, wind watching...

above- don't think he knows i am taking his picture yet

isn't he funny, looking so intently at the cars going by

below- opps, doesn't know how to respond bc now he sees me, not sure if he is in trouble or not

here he is standing, which people driving by have told us they often see
and if you can tell, below, it is sunrise :)

he is so funny, he will walk around and say "No, no touch window" Daddy then tries to explain "you cannot just say no touch, you must obey" Apparently we are failing in the area of clear communication so we just moved the bed. Now, he is getting even more bruises from being next to the wall...oh how we love you 2 year old josiah!

i am posting all of these because i never ever want to forget how AWESOME GOD is in how He gave us the gift to spend several days with my college roommate and God-send of a best friend to help me begin becoming a woman of God- God is so good and we praise you God for giving us this time together with Rach and John, Emma, Johnny & Myatt!
